Part Time Office Administration Role – Morley, Leeds

We are interested in hearing from applicants for a part time office administration role. We will provide full training and support for this position. The role will develop with training and experience, but we expect the successful candidate to be involved with assisting fee earners in some of the below duties:

  • Audio typing
  • Typing and drafting correspondence
  • Amending documents
  • Diary Management
  • Booking meetings
  • Assisting with and drafting bills
  • Opening, maintaining and closing files
  • Archiving files
  • Updating and maintaining databases
  • Scanning and preparing documentation
  • Filing
  • Scanning/photocopying
  • Printing
  • Cover reception 
  • Hand deliveries when necessary
  • To be aware of and comply with the company’s policies and procedures

This position is an office based role and is a minimum of 7 hours (one day) per week with possibility of up to 3 days available. The office is open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
